Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lectures to students
- Evaluate and grade students’ assignments and exams
- Guide and mentor students on academic projects
- Conduct research and publish findings
- Participate in student recruitment and registration activities
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi and handouts
- Advise students on academic and career issues
- Collaborate with colleagues on teaching and research matters
- Participate in campus events and activities
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Has 2-3 years of working in an Industry affiliated in a relevant field or discipline
- Experience in teaching at the college level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms
