Job Description

Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day operations and uphold exceptional service standards across our café / restaurant operations.

This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and a proven ability to run a service-driven business with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service flow at all times
• Deliver impeccable customer service and handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Lead, train, and manage staff to meet service, hygiene, and performance standards
• Make sound operational and people-related decisions, especially in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations
• Monitor sales, costs, wastage, and inventory to support profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Implement and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Management, Accounting, or related courses
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act confidently and responsibly
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• High standards for service, cleanliness, and operational discipline
• Hands-on, organized, and solutions-oriented
