Job Description
- Ensure excellent front-of-house service
- Ensure that all Bar equipment is in good working order
- With coffee calibration machine handling background
- POS Management experience
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked at the end of service and reconcile stock back to sales
- With Specialty coffee knowledge is a plus
- Ensure the bar operation (opening, closing, service, and security) is operated in line with procedures and any other written and verbal communications.
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Responsible for the safe and secure handling of bar stocks
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety
- Willing to be assigned at BGC, Taguig
