Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiates with buyers for product introductions and trade promotions directed towards increasing sales volume.
- Ensure that purchase orders are processed immediately and delivered on time.
- Visits supermarket outlets to ensure that products are displayed and available for purchase by customers.
- Monitors assigned merchandisers in terms of attendance and performance.
- Reviews call reports on the status of store product display and warehouse inventory per SKU, and takes action on any stocking level deficiencies.
- Constantly reviews credit standing of accounts consistent with the Company’s credit and collection policy.
- Effectively handles customer complaints for products bought from his/her assigned supermarket outlets.
- Provides field information, market trends, competitive postures and product strengths/weaknesses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a College graduate, with preference to Sales or Marketing course.
- With professional driver’s license.
- Work well under pressure, has professional conduct and good communication skills.
- Honest, hard working and self motivated.
- Computer literate; with basic knowledge of Excel, Word. etc.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Direct hire.
