Job Description

Core Skills & Knowledge

Excel Proficiency

• Working knowledge of formulas like pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and IF statements for sales and inventory tracking.
• Able to assist in preparing reports, updating dashboards, and monitoring sell-through data.

Analytical Mindset

• Supports the team in preparing performance reports and providing actionable insights.

Trade and Visual Merchandising Knowledge

• Understanding of planograms, product display standards, and category layout principles.
• Assists in setting up trade activations, in-store displays, and merchandising audits.

Industry and Product Expertise

• Basic Knowledge of Makeup and Beauty Products

o Basic awareness of key beauty categories (e.g., color cosmetics, skincare, haircare).

o Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.

Collaborative & Deadline-Conscious

• Works effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, creatives, operations).
• Delivers assigned tasks on schedule and supports timely execution of trade programs.
