Who are we looking for:
As a Assistant Warehouse Manager, you are expected to oversee and manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecasts and inventory estimations to management. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
What does it take to be part of the team?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
- At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
- In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
- Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
- Experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in: DASMARINAS, CAVITE
