Job Description

• Coordinating shipments, managing documentation, communicating with clients/suppliers and logistic partners
• Supervising the PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) documentation processing and reporting
• Oversee the all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry
• Ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.
• Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required products certification for all export and import products for custom clearance
• Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings
• Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Supervising inventory levels, coordinate department-related regarding the inventory process, and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent discrepancies
• Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping products in accordance with internal control processes to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and lead department personnel/staff, coordinate scheduling and workloads, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a productive workforce
• Perform audit on all import and export, and warehouse inventory files on regular basis
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
