F. Mailler Box has grown from a simple delivery service into a full business hub for Binangonan, offering courier services, bill payments, e-commerce support, and more. We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Manager to help lead our daily operations and team. This is a key role for someone who wants to grow with a trusted local business and make a real impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the delivery service and business center.
• Supervise and schedule a small team of riders and counter staff.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
• Monitor key performance metrics (delivery times, customer satisfaction, sales).
• Assist in basic bookkeeping, inventory of supplies, and preparing daily/weekly reports.
• Help implement new services and improve existing processes.
• Represent the company in the community and help maintain our strong local reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in retail, logistics, customer service, or a similar operations-based business.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfortable learning new software.
• Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English. Knowledge of the local community is a big plus.
• Honest, reliable, and with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the logistics, courier, or e-commerce industry.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media management for business.
• Own a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,930.00 – Php34,120.00 per month
