Mapúa University (MU) is one of the top Engineering schools in the Philippines. Just recently, Mapúa University entered a partnership with Cintana Education, a global leader in international education, and Arizona State University, a top 1% global university ranked as the most innovative university in the U.S. The purpose of this partnership is to transform Mapúa University, which is known today for excellence in engineering and technology into a comprehensive university with a newly positioned and enhanced Business School and a new Medical and Health Sciences School.

This role is a staff-level position and requires constant fieldwork (expenses covered by the university).

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT AND SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR (SMSPC)

• Handles compliances for accreditation and annual reports, manages special outreach projects, and updates ISO documents.

Qualifications:

A. Education: Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in IT, Criminology, Social Work, or Business.

B. Required Skills/Competencies:

• Computer literate.
• Knowledge on MS Office; key skill is the use of Excel.
• Can do fieldworks to render community outreach projects.
• With driver’s license on driving cars is a plus.

C. Work Experience: 1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduate.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: 18,00-20,00/month
