Job Description/s
· Handling incoming calls to answer questions, customer/guest complaints and requests
· Receiving external and internal calls and routing them to the appropriate department or individual
· Coordinating with other departments or individual to efficiently assist the customer/guests and to relay accurate messages
· Providing information about hotel services over the phone
Job Specification/s
· Must be college graduate
· At least with 1 year of work experience
· With telephone operator experience is an advantage
· Has pleasing personality
· With good communication skills
· Can work in shifting schedule
· Can start immediately
