Job Description

The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor ensures the effective implementation and sustainability of NQMS and 5S+NGMP in the Distribution Center, with strong focus on product traceability, near-miss reporting, and timely closure of quality issues. It leads the achievement of Quality KPIs by coaching and developing QA personnel, conducting audits and trainings, driving quality OTP improvements, and ensuring accurate inventory control, FEFO compliance, and proper handling of bad goods. The position also manages quality deviations and complaints, conducts mock recall exercises, and ensures timely filing, escalation, and resolution of DC and source-related quality concerns.

The candidate must be a graduate of any four-year business-related course and be computer literate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferably with at least two years of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Tagalog.
