Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the assigned branch of Boon Pharma Corp. This includes managing staff, driving sales performance, ensuring proper inventory control, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Lead, coach, and monitor branch employees to ensure productivity and accountability
• Ensure achievement of branch sales targets and operational goals
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock monitoring, and proper storage
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and operational issues professionally
• Monitor product expirations, returns, and proper documentation
• Prepare and submit required reports to management (sales, inventory, staff performance, incidents)
• Coordinate with the head office on operational requirements and updates

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• College Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Management, or any related course)
• With experience as a Manager in a retail pharmacy or with experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is required
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and inventory control
• Good communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and results-driven

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
