Job Description
The Role
This is a field execution role.
You are responsible for opening doors, closing institutional accounts, and converting partnerships into signed contracts and paid programs.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Prospecting and engaging institutional decision-makers (pharma, hospitals, universities, associations, corporations)
- Driving meetings from introduction → proposal → signed agreement
- Submitting qualified proposals aligned with GIPDEX pricing and standards
- Building repeat and expanded accounts (multi-run, annual, retainer partnerships)
Success is measured by contracts signed and revenue closed, not activity.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years experience in B2B, institutional sales, pharma, healthcare, training, or professional services
- Proven track record closing deals
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers (Heads, Directors, Deans, Executives)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to be in the field most days of the week
Experience with healthcare, education, or professional organizations is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Base salary: (depending on experience)
Commission: 5–7% per closed deal (uncapped)
Higher commission for:
1. New institutional accounts
2. Retainers and multi-run programs
High performers earn significantly more.
