Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representative, or CSR, with at least 1 year related work experience that will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Understand and document client concerns.
2. Report documented client concerns.
3. Answer and resolve client concerns based on the system and process
knowledge base.
4. Prepare reports of all reported concerns.
This job requires on-site (Mandaluyong City area) customer support by the CSR. Preferably has his/her personal laptop.
Salary range: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
