Position Summary

The Club Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the fitness club. This position supports the Club Manager/Owner by overseeing staff, delivering exceptional member experiences, and ensuring the club runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily club operations and ensure all opening/closing procedures are followed
• Lead, coach, and motivate front desk and floor staff to deliver outstanding member service
• Serve as a point of contact for member questions, concerns, and issue resolution
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently maintained throughout the club
• Support membership sales efforts and promotions as needed
• Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
• Enforce company policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer experience
• Ability to lead a team and handle multiple priorities
• Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, email)
