The position has the following responsibilities:
- Developing a Deep Customer Understanding
- Strategic Account Planning
- Proactive Opportunity Identification via ff methods: Whitespace Analysis, Monitoring Client Trends, & Consultative Selling
- Relationship Management
- Acting as the Internal Liaison
- Negotiation and Contract Management
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
The position has the following work conditions:

- on site F2F interaction with healthcare customers inside hospitals
