Job Description
Qualifications:
- Experience in BIR filing systems
- Experience or is knowledgable in Profit and Loss
- Preferably with experience in Accounting/Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Must be comprehensive and collaborative.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, G-mail, G-Drive
- Willing to work in Project 8, Quezon City
- Relevant experience working in Accounting – Minimum 1 year
- Knowledge and understanding of the taxation in the Philippines
- Experience in preparing and filing BIR Forms
- Can understand, read, speak and write fluent English
- Detail-oriented
- Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper filling of governmental documents.
- Assist in the processing of government compliance
- Encoding, Preparation, and Filing of BIR Forms such as Form 1601-C, 1601-EQ, 0619-E, 1904, 1905, 1906
- Assisting in preparing SEC Documents
- Preparing documents to request for monitoring of companies at BIR
- Preparing documents to submit for SEC Compliance
- Use of computer portals for filing (SEC, DTI, BIR)
- Timely submission of client summary reports to head consultant
- Prepare, follow up, and update billing statements for clients
- Coordinate with other account managers in the team
- Performs such other tasks and functions as may be assigned from time to time
- Initiate process improvements within the department
