Job Description
The Caldwell BPO located in Central Luzon is looking for enthusiastic Data Encoders to join our dynamic team. We offer various accounts, including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on first contact without transferring calls.
- Match customer demands with our clients’ products and solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and secure buy-in.
