Job Description
Join Pan Asia Resources PH Inc. as an IT Service Desk professional. As the first point of contact, you’ll assist customers via phone or email, performing remote troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
- Identify optimal solutions based on customer issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service desk role.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
