Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bidding Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare bidding documents, attend pre-bid conferences with the Sales Team, handle inquiries, and manage office supplies efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare bidding documents and government quotations.
- Attend pre-bid conferences.
- Handle phone inquiries and process office supply requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of office admin experience, fresh graduates welcomed.
- Familiar with office procedures, MS Office proficiency required.
This is a full-time position offering benefits, including a pay raise and a 13th-month salary.
