Job Description
Architex Phil., Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Drafter to join our dynamic team. Candidates must hold a BS in Architecture and possess strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape or Vray, and Photoshop. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Google software is essential.
The Drafter will create shop drawing presentations, ensuring design balance, and document drawings. Effective communication is vital for collaboration with engineers and architects. Site visits for information gathering are required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
