Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our dynamic team as an Airline Ticketing Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing abilities to recover from objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share insights and information with both internal and external clients.
