Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team at Hann Resorts. The role includes managing office duties, organizing meetings, screening communications, and handling confidential information with discretion. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, three years of experience in a similar role, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, employee discounts, and promotional opportunities. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with a 10-hour day shift.
