Job Description
Omada One is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. Strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment are essential as you work closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Conducting initial phone interviews.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
Previous recruitment experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Pay: From Php10,00/month. Expected hours: No less than 10/week.
