Job Description
HLA Philippines is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to enhance customer experience and drive sales at our retail location. The ideal candidate will manage daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store.
Key responsibilities include leading store meetings, managing operational reports, and achieving sales targets while promoting a positive brand image. Candidates should possess a 4-year degree, with 2-3 years of retail management experience, and excellent communication skills.
