Job Description
W Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Corporate Governance Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while upholding ethical practices. You will promote corporate values centered on transparency and accountability.
Duties: Develop compliance and risk management policies, advise on governance principles, and manage risk exposures.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, 2+ years in governance, knowledge of audit preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php35,00 – Php40,00/month
