Job Description
Be #InGoodHands with Metrobank! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for phone-based support to assist our Metrobank and PS Bank Credit Card holders. You will resolve card-related inquiries via call and email.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
