The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) plays a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant Manager (RM) to achieve sales targets through effective implementation of store programs.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, hotel, or restaurant.
- Strong customer management and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in people management and team development.
- Knowledge of basic store operations.
