Job Description
Join our team at SGS- CAREERS-PH as a Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints using established scripts and procedures. You will gather relevant information, research and resolve queries, and log customer calls effectively.
You will also communicate timely alternatives, inform clients about available expert services, and provide guidance and instruction to lower-level employees.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of Php17,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as additional leave, life insurance, and paid training.
