Job Description
Join SGS-CAREERS-PH as a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative! Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving queries, and logging calls using established scripts and procedures. You’ll also guide lower-level employees, ensuring timely communication of relevant service alternatives while gathering necessary information from clients.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from Php17,00.00 to Php26,00.00. Work hours consist of an 8-hour shift, and various supplemental pay options are available, including bonuses and overtime pay.
