Job Description
Lead and coordinate daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Supervise and coach a team, manage staff scheduling, training and performance reviews. Oversee inventory control, visual merchandising, cash handling and loss prevention. Ensure store compliance with health, safety and company policies, and prepare operational reports for management. Work with regional teams to implement promotions and improve processes. Required: 3+ years retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, and basic computer literacy. Flexible availability for weekends and peak seasons.
