Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager, Controls to support sales of industrial control systems and automation solutions. You will develop customer relationships, prepare proposals, and assist in closing deals to meet revenue targets.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, and distribution teams; lead small sales activities, conduct technical presentations, and provide after-sales support.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, 3+ years in controls or automation sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.
