Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support our Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving sales targets through promotional activities for Packaged Programs. The ARM will play a key role in implementing store programs effectively.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business-Related course
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in service-oriented industries
- Strong customer management orientation and decision-making skills
- Capability to coach and develop team members
- Understanding of basic store operations and operational improvements
- Willingness to work in Manila City
