Job Description
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM), you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets through effective promotional strategies for our Packaged Programs. Your responsibilities include assisting with store program execution to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business Related course
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry
- Strong customer management skills
- Ability to coach and supervise a team
- Knowledge of store operations
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City
