Job Description
Join Jollibee Foods Corporation as a Research and Development Officer focusing on New Product Development. In this role, you will lead product innovation by conducting research, managing formulation documentation, and standardizing quality processes across production sites.
Your responsibilities will include developing gold standards for quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred—fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Willingness to be based in Calamba, Laguna is required.
