Job Description
We are seeking an HR Manager to support our Metro Manila Regional Business Unit, overseeing over 200 store team employees. In this strategic role, you will enhance employee engagement and manage labor relations.
Responsibilities: Provide HR guidance, foster a positive workplace culture, supervise two direct reports, and collaborate with leadership teams. After one year, transition to support Commissary operations in Sucat.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields, 1-2 years of HR managerial experience, and excellent communication skills.
