Job Description
JoyRide Superapp is searching for a dependable Booking Assistant to manage reservations and travel arrangements for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking rides via the JoyRide Superapp.
- Guide users unfamiliar with the app.
- Address inquiries promptly.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Promote services for repeat bookings.
Qualifications: High school graduate or college undergraduate; strong sales and customer service skills; available for shifting schedules; must work at Terminal 3, NAIA Airport.
