Job Description
We seek a Vice President of Control Management to lead our internal control, risk and compliance framework, ensuring operational integrity and regulatory alignment across the organization.
The role directs a control management team, designs and implements control policies and monitoring systems, coordinates internal and external audits, and reports findings to executive leadership to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Required: 10+ years in control, risk or audit leadership, strong strategic and people management skills, analytical mindset; CPA, CIA or related certification preferred.
