Job Description
Join our payments team as an Alternative Payment Operations Analyst. You will manage non-card payment channels (e-wallets, bank transfers, buy-now-pay-later), oversee daily reconciliation, investigate exceptions, handle disputes and chargebacks, and coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure timely settlement. You will optimize workflows, document procedures, and support compliance and reporting. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in payments or fintech operations, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and SQL (or data tools), excellent communication, and attention to detail. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under deadlines are required.
