Basic Qualifications:
– College diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
– 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics or retail.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Available for assignment at the nearest branch within NCR.
Job Description:
Manage daily operations, staff schedules, performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Address operational issues and improve efficiency and service quality. Prepare reports and implement safety protocols.
