Job Description
The Operations Manager at KAIROS LABORATORIES & DIAGNOSTIC, INC. will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for day-to-day and long-term operations across KHMG Clinics, ensuring consistent application of policies, regulatory standards and quality management systems as the Quality Management Representative (QMR). Responsibilities include compliance oversight, process improvement, audit readiness and service excellence. Candidates must hold a BS in Nursing, Medical Technology or related field (Master’s e.g., MBA/MPH preferred), with at least 3 years’ managerial experience in a laboratory, clinic or hospital. Strong problem-solving, leadership, training and communication skills required. Permanent work in Manila and Pasig; full-time, in-person. Salary from Php40,00/month.
