Job Description
We are KamelMedia, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused English Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Clark, Pampanga. This full-time, permanent role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving issues while providing a positive experience through excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Night shift availability is essential. Fluency in English and at least 12 months of experience in customer service or BPO environments are required.
Compensation ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as paid training and on-site parking.
