Job Description
We seek a proactive Customer Service Associate to manage online customer engagement across Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. Responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries, hosting confident live-selling sessions, closing sales through upsell and cross-sell, processing orders with photo/video proof, coordinating logistics and tracking deliveries, and handling returns or incident reports professionally. You will monitor sales, returns and customer feedback, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to improve promotions and live strategies. English preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Work Location: In person.
