Job Description
Job Summary: The Store Supervisor will oversee operations and manage personnel at our Keds store, ensuring sales targets are met for each brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze sales challenges and resolve customer issues.
- Conduct staff motivation sessions.
- Manage customer service and operations.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with retail sections.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years in retail sales, strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office.
Schedule: 6 Days a week, Shift system.
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month.
