Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Kenny Rogers Roasters. The ideal candidate will have a degree in BS HRM or a related field, along with 2 to 8 years of solid food and beverage managerial experience. Strong customer service, people management, and communication skills are essential, and knowledge in Profit and Loss reporting is required.
Key responsibilities include overseeing operational activities to ensure an exceptional guest experience, along with management in service, production, and health and safety.
We offer competitive salaries ranging from Php21,00.00 to Php32,00.00 monthly, along with numerous benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
