Job Description
Kingsbourn Outsource Services Co. hires full-time Field Sales Agents (Loan Officers) in Calauan, Nagcarlan, Calamba, Capas, Castillejos, and Mexico (Pampanga). Duties: form/motivate client groups, manage disbursements, collections, documentation, weekly meetings, orientations, and client relations. Candidates must be confident, goal-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
