Job Description
The Branch Manager – SME will drive growth of the branch’s small and medium enterprise portfolio by developing business, overseeing credit assessments, managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead and coach a team of relationship managers, set sales targets, analyze financial statements, structure appropriate lending solutions and maintain key client relationships. Responsibilities include P&L oversight, operational excellence, reporting to the Regional Manager and coordinating with credit and compliance units. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 5+ years in SME banking with leadership experience, strong credit analysis, negotiation and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
