Job Description
We are seeking a People professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You will support managers, resolve employee relations issues, manage benefits, and use HR data to inform decisions that strengthen company culture. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR or People operations, strong communication, empathy, problem-solving skills, and maintains confidentiality. Experience with HRIS and talent sourcing is a plus.
