Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training staff, monitoring performance and inventory, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving customer issues promptly.

Requirements: 2+ years supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work flexible shifts, and familiarity with POS systems.
