Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Barista to join our Kitchen Staff / Server team at SM LIGHTMALL. Responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas and specialty beverages; operating grinders and brewing equipment; greeting customers and taking orders; customizing drinks to preferences; maintaining cleanliness of the coffee bar and seating areas; handling cash, card and POS transactions; following food safety and hygiene standards; restocking supplies and assisting with inventory; promoting menu items and daily specials; and ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation. Paid training and pay raises provided. Work location: in person.
